Professionalism

Civil servants are expected to perform their duties with competence, diligence, and dedication. They should adhere to professional standards and strive for excellence in the execution of their responsibilities.

Respect

Civil servants are expected to treat their colleagues, superiors, and members of the public with respect, dignity, and courtesy. They should promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and mutual respect in the workplace.

Confidentiality

Civil servants are entrusted with sensitive information and must maintain confidentiality in handling such information. They should not disclose confidential information without proper authorization, and they should respect the privacy rights of individuals.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Civil servants are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing their conduct and the operations of the civil service. They should familiarize themselves with relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all their activities.
